ATI on Fedora 9

I read the ATI/Nvidia sticky after crashing my new Fedora 9 install. I downloaded the drivers from the ATI site hoping it would work. Does anybody have any tips on loading the ATI drivers on FC9? I have an x1300 card in a Dell system.

Adjustment doesn't take

I tried this, and set up the dual head option, but it fails to let me save the settings. I went to system/Administration/Display/Use Dual head and entered the options.

Regards,

Randy.
