assigning a printer

I am so very new at linux and this is my first post so please treat the newbie nicely haha...i was assigning my printer in linux and at the end i got an error message "Cups server error There was an error during the CUPS operation: 'client-error-not-possible'. What am i supposed to do about this to fix it? Thank you for your help. i was trying to add a default printer parallel :/dev/null

What version of Fedora are you running and what is the make/model of printer?

Are you really trying to create a null printer?

Yes I am the only reason why is because it's a class project. Other wise I would not add a null printer. I am using fedora 13 I believe.

I got it working thank you though. I had a space where i wasn't supposed to. Thank you for the help.
