aptitude for fc4?

I'm an experienced debian user who is totally lost on a remote server running fc4. I just want to get apache, php, mysql - the latest versions. I'm just not sure how to do it in a redhate type distro. Is there something like aptitude for fedora?

I should mention that old versions of all of these are running atm.

I have heard of versions of apt for fedora and suse. You could try here, it's core1 but might work. Don't know much about rpm based distros. Hope it helps.

Use yum which is quite similar to apt.

yep use yum, but you'll probably have to add the legacy repos.
