Apache vs Lighhtpd on Fedora


Anyone got personal experience on this? Thinking about a swap..

DAG has RPMs for Lighthttpd: http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/packages/lighttpd/ so testing should be easy if you backup your modified configs first. If you know about Lighty then you have probably seen some Lighty vs Apache posts outlining not only the difference in speed but also in features. Some things Apache does the Lighty developer says he will never incorporate.
