Apache 2 web server behind NAT router

Hello everyone! I'm just installed a Fedora Core 2 as web server. But the machine
is behind a NAT router. I can see the web server from any machine in the network
but can't see it from the internet.
Any idea?
Rober.

Configure the web server with a static IP address.
Configure the router to foward port 80 to the server's IP address.

Hi, thanks for you answer.
The server has a static ip adress, and i also put it on the DMZ.
And also defined a virtual server listening the port 80... :-D
any other idea?

rober.

How are you trying to access the server from the internet? Some ISPs block port 80.

Thumbs up It's work!!

thanks michael!
the server is working. The trick is that when i'm connected to the local network
i must use the local ip of the web server.
When i'm connected to the internet outside of the local network, i can use
the name of the domain and the server respond ok.
It was a networking problem rather than a software problem
regards,
rober.
