Hi, I'm having some problems getting my video card setup, and its because I'm missing the agpgart module which apparently is vital for the video driver to work properly. I've tried to get it installed, and apparently the only way is to recompile the kernel, and I keep getting errors along the way that are pretty frustrating.

I'm wondering... why wasn't agpgart installed to begin with? I installed Fedora fairly easily, maybe there was something I overlooked?

Anybody know if theres a way to get agpgart installed when installing Fedora? That would be better than the mess that I'm going through now. Thanks for any help.

You should include information on the computer, including graphics information such as card or chipset controller. Which distro "version" etc. Just because your profile has FC6, it is not good to have people assuming.
