After Sabayon 64, Fedora 8 is lost...
So basically what I did is that I have partitioned my 80GB HDD into two Linux partitions, and two Windows partitions.
One has Windows XP 32-bit, the other a Windows XP 64-bit. THe two Linux distros is Fedora 8 32-bit and Sabayon Professional 64-bit. To add, I have installed OS Selector to use as my main Boot manager...however...one OS is lost...Fedora. OS Selector doesn't find any bootable OS in the Fedora partition. In LILO, I can add the OS, but I have no clue how. I don't know where I can get Fedora back online. Anyone's got a clue where I can go? Basically how I proceeded was that I installed XP x86 first, with OS Selector. Then, I installed Windows x64, Fedora x86 and Sabayon Pro x64. I then activated OS Selector, but I'm fearing Sabayon's LILO configuration overwritten Fedora's LILO configuration... |
Try reinstalling Fedora without overwriting MBR and then boot into WinXP and activate OS selector . Sometimes OS selector doesnot recognise some partitions. Why are U using OS selector when u can add any number of Operating systems in Fedoras boot loader ??

The reason of OS Selector was mainly because it was an experiment, to boot with multiple OSes...but in fact, it didn't do much. I;ll try reinstalling.
