[FC2]Why does the users command display multiple users?

When I type 'users' in the terminal it displays my username a couple of times. Why does this happen? My pc has been up for 3 days now and it displays 42 users. Should I be worried about this or is it normal?

thnx,

harkov

Everytime you open a new terminal, it'll be another login of that user.

You shouldn't be worried. To get rid of it, you could probably just log out then back in, but it's not necessary.

You should also look at your terminal settings. It may be set to a "login terminal", when it usually doesnt need to be (and stopping it will prevent that long users list).
