USB Flash Feather install cannot boot on Dell PC

I am getting "Missing Operating system" when booting Feather from my USB flash drive on a Dell Dimension 3100 PC. The drive boots fine on my home computer (VIA motherboard, AMD processor). Any idea what could be causing this?

Well, If it boots on your second PC then you can rule out it being the flash Drive. Sounds like a BIOS boot sequence issue.

Depends on the bios I think - my own pc wont boot usb sticks if they use grub as boot manager but does if they use syslinux. Other pc boots anything.
