Installing the 3C509 EtherLink III ISA ( how I did it)


Just incase someone needs to do this I will post how I did it.
Might not be the right way but it did work.
When it starts the network setup it will ask to broadcast the network card. just say no.
Now enter these for each question.
This is with a router ( I use the linksys router)
Ip address I used 192.168.1.5 but check your ip number to see what to add.
Netmask 255.255.255.0
Broadcast address 192.168.1.255
Default Gateway 192.168.1.1
Name Server 192.168.1.1
And that should get you online .
