Language for system not possible to change


I noticed that Firefox after an update was in English. I installed 3.2 Elementary in Dutch. I know to find Language /Region in my settings but the fields stay grey after giving permission.

Desktop is updated until this morning.

Found it via the + and - in the left corner under. Now installing.
