Is there a way to download/install programs without use of terminal?
Before you answer, I'm referring to downloading and installing these programs:
Wine (to be able to download medibang paint pro)
Medibang paint pro (I'm familiar with this program and really don't want another if I can help it)
OBS Screen recorder (Familiar with this)
Some form of video editing software to be able to speed up videos and add music
I'm used to windows, so I'd just download and install my programs no problem. I recently bought a computer with elementary os already installed and the browser is Chromium. It also has something on it called "Cloudready".
If there's a way to download and install easy without the terminal, please let me know.
According to the Elementary website, Elementary has a "App Center" that replaced the Ubuntu software center. That would be a GUI tool for installing and managing applications.
I would very surprised--shocked even--if it did not include Wine.
According to their websites, Medibang paint pro and OBS Screen recorder are not available for Linux, but Linux does provide some excellent equivalents. I quite like Kolourpaint as a paint-type application and have found recordmydesktop to be an excellent screen recorder. As an aside, Windows and Linux are very different under the hood and programs written for Windows will not run on Linux.

It would be WONDERFUL if you could confirm which operating system you are running instead of asking a variation of the same question over and over.
sorry, I don't know much about this stuff. I'm more of a windows user. I just went with what the seller told me, but it might be a chrome os, because when I tried to type in the code to see what os I was on, I get an error message everytime. If that's the case I'm disappointed.
I researched it, and it is indeed a chrome os. Cloudready is the os
