Most installation images allow you to set kernel command line parameters. Can you boot with acpi=off?

I ask because your panic looks very like one that I used to get on my machine.

You mean this options?

I don't know if i only have to click in the option (in which case it appears a "X" alongside the option) or i have to write specifically acpi=off in the line of boot=.....

If i only click in acpi=off, the same kernel panic appears :,,v

Yes, just clicking should have done it. The X means "selected". Well, it was worth trying!
