No, it means that adding a non-free component into a libre GNU/Linux distribution like Dragora -- defeats its purpose.

Changing to a distribution with partial support of free software can be worse, implying more non-free components.
It depends on how you see it, and it depends on your privacy (respect).

So, I would say that you have some choices if you really want to run under Dragora:

1. Try to get the "sources" of the driver from the mainstream page.
2. Get or bought a compatible wireless card.

You can try 1. until to get 2.

I like the libre philosophy and I would like to run an entirely free laptop but I cannot so I have to make some compromises in order to get that wifi card working.
