i downloaded the file of dnalinux42.iso. i should burn it as an image file or burn a data cd including the file md5? reply. it is important for my researches!!!

You check the md5sum of the iso using md5summer or similar. You then burn the iso (assuming it is ok) to cd. http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...iewcat&catid=8 has instructions for correctly burning an iso.
