xlibmesa-gl-dev needs APT::Force-LoopBreak to update?!?!?

Hi,

I tried to update packages via synaptic and I get this message:

"E: This installation run will require temporarily removing the essential package xlibmesa-gl-dev due to a Conflicts/Pre-Depends loop. This is often bad, but if you really want to do it, activate the APT::Force-LoopBreak option.
E: Internal Error, Could not early remove xlibmesa-gl-dev"

This, by the way, is for DreamLinux, but please don't withhold help because it is not debian proper. It is a debian based distro and the english forum is really small. I posted this a while back and I am obviously S.O.L. as far as getting help there is concerned.

Thanks,

B.
