xfree86-common xserver-common xfonts-base missing in etch/lenny

Hi All,

I have an debian sarge box has been corrupted file sys. Now Im planning to install etch/lenny instead of sarge. The old box had "xfree86-common xserver-common xfonts-base" packages which apt-get says cannot be found for etch/lenny. If I skip these packages, I would be losing out functionality, isnt it? Pls help

Regards,
unev_21

xfree86 is no longer used, Xorg is used instead.
xfonts-base is in etch and lenny.
xserver-common is only in sid and I don't know why
