Win95 fat how to mount with Debian Potato?

If try to mount a hard drive with a single Win95, fat, partition on it then Potato say: 'Kernel cannot do this filesystem', or something like that. In fact it gives quite a lot of stuff, with figures in it, and then that.

How do I mount it? If a module is needed what is its name?

Thanks any help.

You may need to compile vfat support into your kernel. Post the error message and search the forum, because there's been loads of posts about mount fat32 drives.

I would think that you could apt-get 'Woody' from the 'net. Haven't had any trouble with mounting in that distro.
