Will the Debian install do my partitioning?

I'm currently running RH9 I've got an 80gb harddrive. I've had little luck figuring out how to put a 20gb partition at the end of it. So that I can play with other distros, install software in them in REALLY compare.....anywayz If I get Debian will the install program do my partitioning for me and let me pick the size?

The partitioning is part of the Debian installation, but you'll have to do it pretty much yourself.
If you want to do it and don't know how I recommend this site http://www.osnews.com/story.php?news_id=2016d
It walks you through the whole process.
