Why no xfce4-icon-theme in squeeze? (Debian)

Does anybody know the reason?

Debian squeeze does not have xfce4-icon-theme package.

Was it rolled into xfdesktop4 package?

Bug reports are always the place to look for this sort of question.

Seems there were freedesktop compliance in this case.
