Why does php5-gd require xfree86-common?

Hi All,

I need to install gd for my php5 installation, but for some reason the package dependency requires xfree86-common. My understand is that if I install this package it will install the X Window system, is that correct? If so I do not want to do this.

Any ideas?

Code:
root@dedi [~]# apt-get install php5-gd

I don't think it installs the x window system (unless you automatically install suggested packages). The X window system should be the package x-window-system-core under the "suggested packages". xfree86-common is probably some libraries... But you can always apt-cache show xfree86-common to see for sure what that package contains.
