Which Kernel version support dual processor?

Which Kernel version support dual processor? now I installed kernel version 2.4.28.

Any 2.4 and 2.6 kernel has pretty good support for dual processors or "SMP". If you are downloading a binary kernel image it should say something like 2.4.28-smp.
