Which FTP Clients under 'Sarge'?
 

Hi,

I have just realized that I could not find any FTP clients on my Sarge box.
I tried to download gftp, but this is gnome based i think. Are there any
ftp clients that based on KDE which can be use under Debian 'Sarge'? :scratch:

in GUI, i've heard of kbear for kde.
btw:
gftp is not a gnome app, its a "gtk" application, so no gnome deps

(in commandline cients, i favour lftp)

Thanks, I am currently downloading both kbear and lftp from apt-get.
So, it is true that 'Sarge' did not managed to provide FTP Client after installation?
Oh, sorry I thought gFTP is based on gnome :p

By the way, which FTP Clients that best for Debian distro?

I love gftp and I think it's a great ftp client.

If you are a Firefox user, check out the Fire-FTP extention on the Mozilla site. It opens a full-featured ftp-client in a tab in Firefox. Other than that I would suggest gFTP.
