Which Distro is best for Internet Control of ARM board

I am the Definition of a Linux . Ordered an ARM Board which comes with Debian installed. Ordered the Wireless adapter that the manufacturer suggests is already installed to run with the Debian. I need a program that will automatically find a wireless connection, connect to it, and load a specific web page. I hope to be able to log into this board from any where on the Internet to control it and receive the board's Video feed. It's a tall order and I've already been told it may be a lost cause, but this is my last resort before trying CE.
