Where can I find EncodingEngine module for Apache2

I am trying to get an XP client to use a webdav folder on Apache2 on Etch.

One of the suggested solutions is to use the EncodingEngine directive which I think requires the use of mod_encode (or mod_encoding ?). This is not in the mods-available directory and I have not been able to find the module on the Debian site.

What name should I use with apt-get install

Many thanks

I am amazed - 62 reads and no replies - make me think that there is something very wrong with what I am trying to do.

Has anyone used the EncodingEngine directive in Apache 2 ?

If so - what does it do ?
- Where can I get the module ?

Thanks
