Where can i download .deb file ?

I am currently working on an Embedded system running linux 2.6.24 but don't have sudo/apt-get-make command and is not currently connected to the internet. This system has the dpkg command to install .deb file but i can't find any place to donwload this kind of file. I would downlaod it on another computer and transfert it by sd card.
It would be to run a ftp daemon on my board.

You could download the packages you need from http://packages.debian.org. However, I'm not sure whether they will be compatible with your system. I would try to find out which particular distro is installed in the system and try to find packages specially designed for it.

In case you decide to install the packages from packages.debian.org, make sure you have means to restore the system to its original state in case something goes wrong. Also, use packages meant for Squeeze since, judging from your kernel version, your system seems to be using old packages. In addition, use dpkg with the --simulate option to see what will happen before actually installing the packages; just to make sure it won't attempt to break something before installing the new packages.

In addition to odiseo77, be sure you have all required dependencies as well. I did something similar to this a while back and missed a single dep and wound up borking the whole thing.
