Virtual Box problem

Hi,
I use Debian Sid as host and windows XP as guest , after installing VirtualBox , when I hit "start " I get :
" Failed to start VM execution (VERR_PGM_MAPPING_CONFLICT). Result Code: 0x80004005 Component: Console Interface: IConsole {1dea5c4b-0753-4193-b909-22330f64ec45} "

Any ideas ?

Thanks.
