Various apt-get messages...

When I run apt-get update I some times get the following?

W: GPG error: http://ftp.us.debian.org testing Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 010908312D230C5F

Why does this hapen?

When I run apt-get upgrade I sometimes get the following?

The following packages have been kept back:
abiword-gnome apt apt-utils aptitude base-config gdm gnomemeeting gnumeric
gnumeric-common inkscape libgoffice-1-common libpt-plugins-oss
libpt-plugins-v4l librsvg2-2 librsvg2-common nano pcmcia-cs ppp sound-juicer
synaptic sysvinit tasksel wireless-tools
The following packages will be upgraded:
gimp gimp-data libcompfaceg1 libdjvulibre15 libgimp2.0
5 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 23 not upgraded.

Why are some packages kept back sometimes?

Also somtimes I get:

WARNING: The following packages cannot be authenticated!
gimp gimp-data libgimp2.0 libcompfaceg1 libdjvulibre15

I am assuming this is releated to the warning on the apt-get update.

The old gpg key is expired, so you have to import the new one.

Code:
wget http://ftp-master.debian.org/ziyi_key_2006.asc -O - | apt-key add -
http://groups.google.com/group/linux...150ca46fea8ad6
