Using Grub with Debian
 
Heya guys, its been a while since ive used Debian, Is it possible to isntall Debian right off using Grub, or is Lilo still default?

And if i do a minimal net install of Debian if lilo is default, how easy would it be to switch to a Grub bootloader?

I'm pretty sure sarge is using grub right now as default.

Yep, that's right. At least the netinstall sure is.

thel default for both netinstall and businesscard install as well and the full install is grub...however you may manually select lilo if you choose....

I am pretty sure in expert installation mode you can choose if you want grub or lilo.

Yeah, you get a choice. I like grub's UI prettiness, plus i can edit it well, but there's just something about having a nasty-looking text lilo menu come up at startup that scares off any would-be sneaky users of my computer :P
