user admin keeps crashing
 

every time i try to add a new user to Debian i get this message-The Application "users-admin" has quit unexpectedly.
I've just started using Debian and i'm finding this bug irritating so early on. I open the user admin but after typing in the new users name and password it crashes and displays the above message. Need help fixing this

You could use the command line if all else fails. The commands to look at are useradd and adduser.
