upgrade systemm


hi

hows can i upgrade/install the system directly from network...

supose i want to install "kdevelop" directly from network or upgrade from network ,,

how can i do this,,,,,

i want to install directly from internet...got it


souppose i dont have a CD ,,,


so send me link and conf of


/etc/apt/source.list///

Your sources.list file needs to have the FTP's you wish to attach to as well as their subfolders. There are lists for mirrors on debians site so you can edit this file. Then after you enter in the mirror, you can type:

apt-get update

to populate your new files.

but it will show the update...


then hows can i install new package,,
just give me a idea....

apt-get install applicationnamehere
