Angry Unable to format large disk for server

My servers HD died and I've got the the replaement, but I can't to format it properly.

It's a 120GB ide maxtor drive on a scsi backbone, when I run the sarge 3.1 net install it only show it to be a 10gb drive. I very new to this so sorry if this is an obvious problem...

Previosly it was configured by a consultant who wants to charge the charity I work for mega bucks...

please help! how to's preferably

When doing the net install, did you select "everything on one partition"? I experienced problems doing that the first time I installed Sarge with a net install. The second time, I chose to manually partition, selected multiple users, and it auto-partitioned the drive and gave me the complete 160GB. I selected the default partition settings, and it formatted it properly. If this does not work, reply back and include what you did and what options you chose before getting to the format stage. There are plenty of people here who can help you get going without having to pay big bucks.
