Tzdata

Hello.

I see there isn't a new TZDATA package in stable (yet). A few of our servers read PST rather than PDT, is this the only package that will fix that? If not, what do I need to get those machines to read PDT?

Quote:
In Sarge, the libc6 package version 2.3.2.ds1-22sarge3 updated the timezone files to the tzdata2006b upstream release. This libc6 package version was included in the [WWW] Sarge "r2" update, released on April 19, 2006.

If you need an updated tzdata, get the one from Unstable.

It should work fine on Sarge. Just download the .deb from packages.debian.org, and install it using dpkg.
