testing upgrade: cups died

after an upgrade, network printing no longer works. i can no longer access the cups web interface from my other computers, but i get a 403 Forbidden error, or just the generic "can't establish a connection" error page. (edit: i can print a test page from the server.)

>>edit: fixed: there's a bug in debian cupsys that doesn't allow wildcards * in the IP anymore, and a new config file for cups 2.1.1 that defaults to only allowing localhost access.
