startup script for exim blown away!

I blew away exim4 startup script /etc/init.d/exim4 while planning to use qmail. However, I have now found the answer to my problem with exim4 and wish to restore it. After resintalling exim4-config and exim4-daemon-light, and reconfiguring... the startup script exim4 /etc/init.d/exim4 was not restored.

What package contains this init.d startup script for exim4 and how do I get it back without reinstalling debian sarge???
