Squeeze and debian-multimedia

I'm having trouble with debian-multimedia.org - i'm using squeeze.

I had "deb http://www.debian-multimedia.org squeeze main non-free" in my sources.list - as per debian-multimedia website. It stopped working recently "could not resolve debian-multimedia.org"
Now I cant get the debian-multimedia website at all.

Any info / ideas please?

As a stop-gap you could add 91.121.86.213 www.debian-multimedia.org to your hosts file, but first I'd take a look at any caching name servers you might have running and your resolv.conf.

thanks for the speedy reply, rweaver
I added that entry to /etc/hosts, restarted, and ran "aptitude update" and got "Err http://www.debian-multimedia.org squeeze/main Packages
404 Not Found"
/etc/resolv.conf has just the one entry "nameserver 192.168.1.254"

I'm running an ethernet connection / DHCP.
No problem accessing internet.
I've disabled IPV6 in Icedove and Iceweasel.

BTW the site is back up.

The repo is back and seems to wok.
I forgot that my repo is now so big (6 GB) and I don't have a local backup so I restored all data with my DSL connection (22 Hours was needed...).

Otherwise I forgot to backup the mailing list data, so I lost people subscribed to dmo-changes and dmo-discussion and thus you must subscribe again to that list.
To subscribe to dmo-changes send an e-mail to dmo-changes-request@debian-multimedia.org with subscribe in the subject.

Debain-multimedia.org not resolving

I changed my sources.list to reflect the ip rather than the name and I am now able to update. 91.121.86.213 = www.debian-multimedia.org

If you are having to use the IP than some where along the line your DNS nameservers are messed up. Or your network is not setup properly.
