Source Files
Where does Debian install the Kernel source code to? Most other distros install to /usr/src/include which is where I want to get source header files from but they are not there according to the error messages. I selected all packages on install, I am assuming that this does include the source code as well. I have installed from the debian non-us cd and the bf2.4 cd. Do I need another ISO for the source?

I'm not sure which CD has the kernel-source packages. But once you get the kernel-source deb installed (which it doesn't do by default), a simple dpkg -l <package name> will tell you a list of every file contained in that package.
