software raid0, change disk

I finally managed to move / to software raid0 (3 drives) on Debian Testing.
but, one day I might need to replace a drive with new one.

is there a way to do it without complete reinstall or backup+restore?

Not on mdadm RAID0. If you are using LVM2 to provide the RAID (striping) functionality, you can pvmove and the data will migrate to the remaining drives, then vgreduce the volume group. If you don't have enough space to migrate the data off the old drive, you can add the new drive first.
