SID KDE screensaver minor annoyance

Hi,

I'm on SID, using KDE as my DE. I setup the screensaver so I only get a blank black screen, after 5 minutes. It's working great. But sometimes I come back to my computer a couple of hours later and I have that huge white X in my back screen. If I move the mouse the screensaver stops and I'm back to work, but I just wonder why I get this X. I'd prefer a back screen.

(I know, I know... debian unstable...)

Thanks

I only get the white X because I have it set to ask for a password to unlock the screensaver, never seen it do that with it not set to ask.
