Perhaps just wait until they fix it?
Remember that Sid is "unstable": that is, the packages might not be ready yet, including metadata and dependency information.
Anyway, this sounds like a good example of the possible pitfalls of "automated" dependency resolution.

I'll try to remember to check which packages I have installed and which I don't but I think the 'y' option ought to work.
I take it you are running Sid and dist-upgrade every time it won't break something rather than just upgrading?

I'm using Jessie and have set up Devuan (
https://www.dyne.org/ ) two or three months ago now with no major glitches, aside from what's to be expected like manually controlling some services... you'd still want to keep Debian-security-repository in source.list tho.
