Setting up sw RAID-5 during Sarge install

I just play with installing software RAID systems with Debian Sarge.
I use VmWare 5 which is not the best idea I know, but I want to go through the steps before reinstalling my PC.

I setup 3 drives and want to create a RAID5 config. Set the whole disk area of all the 3 drives to raid, than created a RAID5 device and made a partition on it.
(You can look it on page: RAID )

The problem is that after writing the partition information the kernel can't re-read the partition table on /dev/md/0 (Invalid argument). See error on the link above.

What did I do wrong?
