Screen blanking Lenny and Squeeze


I am running a Squeeze and Lenny server and would like to know how to turn off screen blanking at the command line login prompt. Its very annoying to forget to turn off monitor when in blanking mode. I like to see at least something on the screen so it would remind me to turn off monitor to save power or monitor life. Greg

I think you may find that it is your 'Energy Star' BIOS setting that does that.
