sarge DRI and kernel.config

Hi I'm a relative newbie at linux, but I've dove in head first and decided to only put Debian on my laptop. Everything has gone very well with the install of the latest woody. I've got xfce4, internet apps, my gcc enviroment, what more can I ask for? 3d acceleration...

I run the install.sh for the latest build of DRI for mach64 chipsets and everything is ok up to the module build. The DRI installer is looking for the kernel.config file but it says it can't find it.

Can someone send me the kernel.config for the woody 2.6.7 kernel, or tell me where I can get it?

Thanks,

JP

you need to get the kernel-source package

apt-get install kernel-source

this will tell you to be specific and give you a list of available kernel-source packages...just apt-get install the appropriate one and you're on your way.
