sarge beta4 installer and /media/cdrom0

I just installed debian with the sarge beta4 (the lattest one) on my laptop the other day, i have recompiled to kernel 2.6.7 and installed gnome. Every thing went well, but when ever i start the machine a directory of /media/cdrom0 is made i rm -r /media and it goes away, then when I restart, its recreated. I did edit my edit my /etc/fstab for scsi emulation for the cdrom, here is my file.

# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
# <file system> <mount point> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
/dev/hda2 none swap sw 0 0
/dev/hda1 / ext3 defaults,errors=remount-ro 0 1
/dev/fd0 /floppy auto rw,user,noauto 0 0
/dev/scd0 /cdrom udf,iso9660 defaults,user,noauto,ro 0 0

# stuff that I added
/dev/hda4 /data vfat defaults,gid=windows,umask=002 0 0

I can mount cdroms/dvds and burn cdroms.

Thank you in advance
