I have compiled vanilla source 2.6.13.4 .. and its working ..
i was wandering .. how do I install cx88-0.0.4.tar.gz and videodevX-20030626.tgz in order to bring

When i try to compile the above modules .. the compiling brakes ..
Do I maybe need to copy those modules into the /usr/src/linux and to try to compile them ..
PLEASE advise .. ) .. i`m desparate to fire this connexant up ..

P.S. - have compiled radio and video support into the kernel as a modules ..

Hehe .. one more thing .. this is not working as I espected .. ..
I have installed Sarge .. minimal installation .. but I got 2.4 kernel .. so .. I went to kernel.org and downloaded vanila source .. I compiled it but with no dma support ..
i was unsure .. while I was configuring kernel about that DMA because .. my MB wasn`t listed there .. i I put there some intel PII ..
and now .. everthing works exept DMA ..
Can antone help me solve this problem .. What option should I enable in order to have dma ???
