rndc problem

hi

I've done the upgrade from Etch with Bind9 to Lenny, but the machine is freezing
with starting bind9 for about 5 min. during the startup.
this problem happens not every time and is very strange to localize.
I think there could be a problem with rndc, because sometimes after restart
rndc reload or /etc/init.d/bind9 restart takes a long time, but it starts without errors.
