We cannot provide any packages. They are in Debian's repositories.
Meta-packages are linked to applications. For example; if you want the Gnome meta-package, it will be included with the list of Gnome packages. Whatever you want, look at the package list on the Debian website (http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages) or use Synaptic.

As said before, Debian repositories provide meta packages for several programs or software sets. Maybe you mean a Debian Testing amd64 iso image (i.e. the file you burn to a CD in order to install Debian)?

One way to find meta packages is to use "apt-cache search".

Here is an example of a search for meta packages having to do with Xfce4;
Code:
root@debian:/home/tom# apt-cache search "meta" "xfce4"
shiki-colors-xfwm-theme - Xfwm/Xfce4 theme based on the Shiki-Colors Metacity theme
xfce4 - Meta-package for the Xfce Lightweight Desktop Environment
xfce4-goodies - enhancements for the Xfce4 Desktop Environment
The search patterns must be within quotations marks.

See "man apt-cache" for more info.

Also "info apt-cache".
