Recommend Rackmount Server for Debian


Can anyone recommend a good rackmount server that will work with Debian Sarge relatively painlessly? Looking for a dual core CPU and "regular" PATA/SATA hard drives - would like 2 drives but don't need hardware RAID. Pretty much I just want something with a NIC and SATA controller that will work with the 2.6 kernel on the Sarge install CD.

Any hardware older then the Sarge release (some 18 months ago, IIRC) won't work as the installer (and kernel) don't recognize it. Try the alternative installer from Mr L.L. Sorensen instead: Ok, only useful if you use an AMD64 platform I have one, and I needed this installer as the standard 2.6.8 kernel just doesn't recognize (and thus use) the nForce 4 chipset.
