hi

howto install the driver for wireless chipset Ralink RT2860 on debian lenny ?

http://wiki.debian.org/DebianEeePC/Model/901 for the driver itself

I don't have one of these myself, so I don't know if this is really helpfull, but you can give it a try.

Driver source and firmware is here.. http://web.ralinktech.com/ralink/Hom...ort/Linux.html
There are probably compile instructions in with the source.. or search for a Ubuntu how-to


Yep looks like it's not in the main line sources list yet due to the firmware issue.. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=497200

I've installed firmware-iwlwifi package from the lenny repository and it works well.
