Question on installing rp-pppoe

Hi folks,

I am running Debian (Unstable)
ADSL broadband via modem
Dynamic IP

Whenever the connection died I could not re-connect it with

# /etc/init.d/networking restart

Because it connected to another address something like 192.168...... I have to reboot the PC to reconnect broadband. I was advised to install 'rp-pppoe' from

http://www.roaringpenguin.com/products/rp-pppoe/

but

# apt-cache search rp-pppoe
could not find it on Debian website.

Kindly advise whether I can install it starting from its tarball "rp-pppoe-3.5.tar.gz"

Or is there an alternative to solve the problem.

TIA

B.R.
